McKiernan et al (2012) Reduced mature microRNA levels in association with dicer loss in human temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis

Human study: Resected hippocampus (n = 3) from patients with hippocampal sclerosis compared to autopsy control (TLDA platform). Study also found lower Dicer levels in this tissue.
